Welcome to Kalam Daily. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kalam Daily mobile application (the "App") operated by Kalam Daily ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Kalam Daily requires a premium subscription to access the App. We offer the following subscription options:
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. By subscribing, you agree to their respective terms of service and payment policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
If you start a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods.

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, and software, are owned by Kalam Daily and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Any content you create within the App (such as custom word lists) remains yours. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content to provide and improve our services.
The App is designed for educational purposes to help users learn Arabic vocabulary. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or language proficiency.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalam Daily and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kalam Daily operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kalam Daily regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
